Wonderland Gift Cardholder Agreement

1. Redemption & Use
   Gift Cards are redeemable only for admission and concessions at Wonderland Circus performances at University Town Center, Sarasota, Florida, or online at wonderlandcircus.com/costco. Gift Cards are valid only during the Wonderland Circus season of purchase and may not be used for future seasons. Blackout dates apply. See wonderlandcircus.com/gift-cards for the current list of blackout dates. Present card upon arrival to redeem your complimentary popcorn and beverage. Must be redeemed at the time of performance.

2. Limitations
   Gift Cards are not reloadable. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and carry no implied warranties. Gift Card value is in U.S. dollars.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
   Unless your Gift Card has been registered, it will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. If registered, the remaining balance may be transferred to a replacement card upon request.

4. Refunds & Returns
   All purchases made with a Gift Card are subject to Wallenda’s Wonderland Inc. return policy. Any refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card will be credited back to the Gift Card.

5. Expiration
   Gift Cards expire at the conclusion of the Wonderland Circus season in which they were purchased. Example: Cards purchased for the 2025–26 season will expire on January 4, 2026.

6. Dispute Resolution
   Use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, including this dispute resolution clause. Any dispute relating to a Gift Card shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action.

7. Liability & Obligations
   Wallenda’s Wonderland Inc. is the card issuer and sole obligor to the cardholder. The issuer may delegate its duties or assign its rights and obligations without recourse. Wonderland Circus reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice, provided that such changes do not affect previously issued cards.

9. Trademarks
   Wallenda’s Wonderland™, Nik Wallenda™, and associated logos and marks are trademarks owned by Wallenda’s Wonderland Inc. and used under license. All other trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
